The City's Adopt-an-Island program is growing in leaps and bounds every year. What a contribution it has made to Holyoke! I sincerely hope you are enjoying the program's web site, which highlights news, events, and mostly, island pictures of our members' dedicated work. Links to web sites, either personal or business related, are provided on the Members page. The site also takes time to have a little fun with the satellite pictures of Holyoke neighborhoods and pictures and videos of some of Holyoke's finest wild life such as bears, turkeys, squirrels and other critters. While the time spent managing the web site is donated, the 'web hosting' and 'domain name' ownership cost about $100.00 per year.
